Welcome to the Mindful Breastfeeding online course!

Greetings! My name is Wendy Proctor and my colleague Ruth Parham are both midwives from Bristol. We’ve compiled the data for this online Mindful Breastfeeding course and consulted various books which we’ll share with you at the end. We both believe in providing education that empowers couples, so we decided to offer this course for free so that you can go through it at your own convenience. The entire course should take about three hours.

We feel that everyone should have access to helpful courses, not just those who can afford it.

To many, breastfeeding can be a source of anxiety and frustration. It can leave you feeling like you failed, which is why we incorporate mindfulness (MFN) into this course. Our aim is to help you stay in the present, remain calm, and think logically so that you can reach out for help if needed.
