Welcome to the Mindful Breastfeeding online course!

Myself Wendy Proctor, my friend and colleague Ruth Parham are both midwives and live in Bristol. Collectively we have produced the information for this course, looking at the evidence, reading some amazing books along the way, all of which are shared with you at the end of the course. We are both passionate in empowering couples through education, and wanted to offer more ways that you can access our course, so decided to offer a FREE online version, so that you can work through at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home. The course takes approximately 3 hours.

Feeding your baby, you may think should be a natural and instinctive, however for many it can cause much anxiety and frustration. Having issues with feeding your baby can have a huge impact on your confidence, feeling that you have failed is a common thought. Throughout this course we will use Mindfulness (MFN) to make you stay in the present and to remain calm, think logically that issues arise for many parents around feeding, that it is always appropriate to ask for help or support.
